    Nice video, I think it’s informative and give a good idea of how people trick themselves to eat certain processed food. However a clear difference between your fructose and other 5 carbon sugars should be made clear. Humans require 6C carbs for metabolism. 5C sugars are difficult to breakdown. Your body can’t generate ATP without 6C sugars. sweeteners cause the neurological imbalances. And the addictive feature. However 6C sugars such as starch in potato don’t give the same dopamine effect. But have a better metabolic effect. Not all sugar is the same. 😊
